The Life Science HVAC Engineer 1 is responsible for maintaining the integrity of building systems, ensuring efficient operation, and providing tenant services while adhering to operational and safety procedures.

Requirements

• MA Refrigeration Technician License.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive training in HVAC technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and NEC codes.
• Technical and problem-solving skills related to building automation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work at various properties.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
