The Life Science Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing maintenance and construction activities across multiple buildings, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in facility operations.
• 15 years of experience as a Building Engineer or equivalent.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Commonwealth of Massachusetts Trades License.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents.
• Ability to work overtime and on-call schedules.
• Familiarity with OSHA and Life Safety codes.
• Experience in critical environments preferred.
• Proficient computer skills for building automation systems.
