Overview

The Retail Media Manager is a strategic team member who helps SRW | CA client brands in the better-for-you CPG world drive engagement and sales. They will partner with internal C.A teams and clients to develop plans for Retailer Media, and digital marketing.

In Short

  • Fully remote OR hybrid 2-3 days in office if local to Chicago, IL (within a 1 hour commute)
  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience, qualifications, and skills
  • Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%)
  • Planning and execution of digital marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts
  • Providing insight into key metrics for performance on retailer media platforms
  • Creating operating standards and strategies for retailer media networks
  • Manage retail media marketing budgeting processes and strategy for key brands
  • Support internal account teams in customer interactions with relevant digital shopper insights
  • Achieve client’s sales targets related to retail media marketing investment KPIs
  • Continuous refinement of retail plans during activation

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience
  • Strong business acumen and critical/strategic thinking ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in marketing communications or other creative experience
  • General awareness and understanding of retailer media
  • Flexibility to respond to changing direction
  • Experience in Agency management
  • Ability to draw conclusions and insights from data
