Overview

The Account Manager - Brookshire position is responsible for creating and executing regional or account specific sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets. You will play a critical role in building our team and building sales for these key customers. If you love selling and building relationships, this could be the role for you!

In Short

  • Location: Remote but must be local to Tyler, TX or within driving distance of the Brookshire Grocery Company HQ office
  • Salary range $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills.
  • Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%)
  • Commitment to long-term career growth
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Coordinate and prepare clients for meetings
  • Guide clients through distribution processes
  • Attend national trade shows and sales meetings
  • Work with internal departments for client management
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry required

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)
  • Strong level of knowledge of Brookshire Grocery Company
  • Prior experience working with KeHE/UNFI
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience
  • Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
