In Short

  • Conduct cold phone and email outreach to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through ongoing lead-generation activities.
  • Engage prospects by gathering key information and demonstrating Back Office's value during discovery calls
  • Handle objections and address concerns raised by potential customers.
  • Assess the suitability of prospects and qualify them as sales opportunities.
  • Spearhead new initiatives, deliver market feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing
  • Track and report key data points using Salesforce
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Driving toward results by meeting monthly/quarterly/yearly quotas

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a sales role, experience selling to foodservice retailers preferred
  • Experience in and an understanding of the foodservice industry within retail preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
