Overview

The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing loan payments, and maintaining positive relationships across the Busey footprint.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and mail.
• Process loan payments and complete file maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with lenders and support staff.
• Handle NSF/return payment processing and returned mail.
• Set up and maintain automatic payments.
• Assist with department emails and special projects.
• Manager may designate Team Lead roles.
• Requires strong communication and basic accounting knowledge.
• Multi-tasking and independent problem-solving skills are essential.
• High School diploma required; higher education preferred.
