In Short

• Contribute to and drive the roadmap for our Project Management domain.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and validate solutions.
• Streamline project workflows and provide insights to avoid delays.
• Conceptualize cutting-edge solutions using AI and ML.
• Align the roadmap with business objectives by collaborating with teams.
• Communicate priorities and feature releases across the company.
• Own customer satisfaction and feature adoption KPIs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in construction tech.
• Familiarity with construction project management.
• Experience in a technical environment with basic SQL skills.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills to inform product decisions.
