Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager at JLL will lead project management services for various facilities, overseeing both major and minor projects while ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.

In Short

• Lead project management services for facilities.
• Provide project estimation and supervision.
• Review Design Intent and As-Built Drawings.
• Support project executives on multiple assignments.
• Develop project scope and schedule.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate Vendor RFPs.
• Prepare project status reports and manage budgets.
• Interact and negotiate with contractors.
• Familiarity with architectural and space planning concepts is a plus.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years of recent experience in Engineering Design or Construction.
• Proficient in reviewing Design Intent Drawings.
• Experience with cost estimating (RS Means format).
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Experience overseeing new construction or renovations.
• LEED, AIA, PE, or PMP certification is preferred.
