Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the internal day-to-day operations and delivery for a set of strategic, creative, and medium-to-high complexity tactical projects within a brand or multiple brands.

In Short

• Full lifecycle delivery and management of complex projects
• Develops and manages project timelines and budgets
• Leads project kickoffs and status meetings
• Creates and distributes meeting recaps
• Facilitates monthly billing and analysis
• Assists with the development of project-based SOWs
• Provides input to program Gantt Charts
• Creates and manages change orders
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Expert in project forecasting and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role
• Pharmaceutical or advertising experience preferred
• Advanced understanding of PMO standards and processes
• Experience leading complex projects
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and influence decision-making
• Experience with Project Management Information Systems
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Launch experience is a plus
