• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data services projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Coach team members and projects on Agile processes.
• Act as an Agile coach, supporting the adoption of Agile practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Support integration of data and AI-driven initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management with Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading Agile projects.
• Experience managing data-driven projects.
• Expertise in Scrum.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA and Monday.com.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe SSM/SASM.
