As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading large-scale credit union core system conversions and implementations from kickoff to completion. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience managing complex, multi-phase software deployment projects - ideally in the financial services or credit union space, and preferably involving core processing systems.

In Short

• Lead large-scale core system conversions and implementations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor and improve project management processes.
• Define project deliverables and success criteria.
• Identify and resolve project challenges.
• Champion continuous improvement in project management.
• Travel up to 50% for client site visits.
• Work in a hybrid-remote environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software project management experience.
• Experience in core system conversions or implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Expertise with project management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Comfortable working remotely with teams across locations.
