• Lead and manage multiple digital marketing projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Promote information security awareness and compliance with data protection standards.
• Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary project teams and client stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative environment and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Develop domain expertise in clients' business areas to drive results.
• Utilize project management tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Slack.
• Support process improvements and continuous learning.
• Manage distributed or remote team members effectively.
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management.
• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms and web technologies.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under budgetary and schedule constraints.
• Proven communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Google Sheets and Monday.
• BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• CSM and PMP certifications are a plus.
