Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This project manager will support our Genesys application enhancements as well as other CIT program projects.

In Short

• Responsible for the end to end management of a project through the full lifecycle from planning to close-out phases.
• Successfully deliver the defined goals and objectives within the project’s start and end dates.
• Collaborate with the IT team, business stakeholders, and vendors to develop a comprehensive migration plan.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all necessary reports and records regarding program deliverables.
• Maintain RAID log and manage dependencies.
• Conduct weekly status meetings and reporting.
• Prepare monthly financials, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and maintain project management deliverables.
• Adhere to the PMO Project Delivery Framework.

Requirements

• Experience in project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of application configuration and development.
• Experience with vendor management.
