In Short

• Support an assigned group of agents
• Provide primary agency support
• Assist in agent onboarding and virtual training
• Monitor and improve agents’ performance
• Develop and maintain business partnerships
• Conduct regular and ad hoc reporting
• Serve as the main point of contact for agents
• Educate agents on products and services
• Travel to Raleigh office for meetings
• Work remotely from specified states

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience
• Insurance license or designation desired
• Strong knowledge of business and insurance principles
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to communicate change and deal with ambiguity
