Payments Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Payments Account Manager is responsible for driving enterprise cross-sell and migration efforts among municipalities still using third-party payment providers. This role requires exceptional relationship management skills and a consultative approach to help municipalities maximize the benefits of integrated payments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in payments or GovTech sales/account management.
• Proven track record of building relationships and achieving sales quotas.
• Understanding of payment processing workflows.
• Willingness to travel for in-person meetings.
