Overview

BS&A Software is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth and build relationships with clients in the governmental sector.

In Short

  • Forge and strengthen relationships with prospective clients in the governmental sector.
  • Work closely with enterprise sales colleagues and the marketing team to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Utilize research to gain insights into customer challenges and present compelling cases for BS&A Software.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data to craft strategies for future growth.
  • Employ various engagement methods to connect with prospects and decision-makers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for pipeline development.
  • Recognize potential clients and participate in industry trade shows.
  • Travel up to 20% for in-person presentations and trade shows.
  • Manage stress and anxiety levels in complex environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in governmental or related software space.
  • Solid experience in prospecting, territory planning, and cold-calling.
  • Demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to build and maintain relationships with prospects.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
