Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client renewals within the APRO install base along with hunting for new business within an assigned account list. They will help customers with renewals, negotiate pricing, navigate technical conversations, and ultimately help produce additional reoccurring revenue.

In Short

  • Consult with customers around renewals
  • Conduct outreach to existing clients up for renewals
  • Present multi-year renewals and negotiate terms
  • Engage meaningfully about our solutions with mid-level and senior management
  • Exceed customer expectations and provide support to the team
  • Collaborate with internal team members, including finance, support and technical team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced education preferred
  • 3+ years selling software or SaaS in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling ERP systems or tools that integrate with ERP systems a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with technical topics
  • Experience selling solutions into an existing base of customers
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Resiliency / strong work attitude
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Technically savvy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Available to work Central European Time zone as needed (9-5CET)
  • Travel to trades shows, company event as needed
