Overview

The Customer Service Senior Specialist and Business Planning at Brooks Scandinavia will partner with the Territory Director and Business Planning & Customer Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer support and consumer experience.

In Short

  • Drive annual sales budgeting process for Scandinavia.
  • Support monthly revenue reporting and analysis.
  • Interface with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Implement long-term Customer Service strategy.
  • Ensure service level agreements and productivity goals are met.
  • Analyze reports for trends impacting revenue forecasts.
  • Provide accurate demand planning to Operations team.
  • Monitor sales order data for accuracy.
  • Develop and implement standard processes and policies.
  • Travel up to 15% for business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in business English and Swedish.
  • 3+ years of experience in business planning/analyst roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor M3.
  • Knowledge of the footwear and apparel industry.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a global environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail in planning and execution.
  • Demonstration of innovation and initiative.
