Overview

The Sales Representative will supervise and manage all aspects of sales for shoes, textiles, and accessories of the brand within the Sud Est territory of France, focusing on relationships with sports retail clients.

In Short

  • Develop seasonal plans for shoes, textiles, and accessories.
  • Enter all pre-season orders through exclusive Brooks web tools.
  • Manage and plan meetings to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide feedback on products and market competition.
  • Work with client accounts to implement annual plans and increase market share.
  • Travel required for trade shows and sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business management, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in shoe and textile sales.
  • At least one year of specialized retail sales experience (running).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and business English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and effective working relationships.
  • Attention to detail in planning, organizing, and executing tasks.
  • Demonstrated innovation and initiative in improving products and processes.
  • 70% travel required.
  • General computer skills in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to listen to and understand client needs.
  • Ability to analyze and provide feedback on sales performance.
