Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our HR team in Los Angeles. This role will focus on supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws, and maintaining a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Experience in office management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
