In Short

• Ensuring Quality standards across various projects in Britive by adhering to quality engineering practices.
• Performing manual testing and help maintain quality standards of software.
• Collaborate with QA team members, development, UI/UX engineers, and project managers.
• Analyze product requirements and develop test designs.
• Reviewing all product artifacts related to testing.
• Involved in all quality engineering activities.
• Continually work on improving metrics gathering.
• Must have experience with Quality Engineering metrics and reporting.
• Experience with JavaScript and React based frontend application testing.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a security software product company.
• Minimum of 6 – 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to build customer centric use cases.
• Experience working in a quality engineering team.
• Test Automation experience using standard tools and languages.
• Must be able to own, plan and manage assigned activities.
• Experience with Quality Engineering metrics and reporting.
• Understand and practice agile development methodology.
• Ability to analyze incoming issues and challenge processes.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
