Overview

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer at BriteCore, you will be a key member of the technical services team, responsible for helping customers solve complex challenges related to our Policy Administration System (PAS) and ensuring their success.

In Short

  • Forge strong relationships with customers through various communication channels.
  • Provide personalized support to ensure customers optimize the platform.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using debuggers, logs, and MySQL.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
  • Document JIRA defect reports and customer issue resolutions.
  • Test API endpoints to ensure functionality.
  • Streamline legacy data delivery and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with DevOps for effective monitoring and performance.

Requirements

  • Full Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support.
  • 2+ years as a technical services contact for enterprise clients.
  • Advanced MySQL abilities and data analysis skills.
  • Intermediate Python coding skills.
  • Experience communicating with customers via phone, email, and video.
  • Skilled in Linux administration and debugging.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Bash shell scripting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
