As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you’ll define and drive the strategy and execution of software quality initiatives across our application engineering and services teams.

• Design and own QA strategies that support full lifecycle testing.

• Use agentic-AI and LLM-based copilots to accelerate test writing.
• Translate vague requirements into robust test plans and automation code.

• Create dashboards and alerts to monitor application health.
• Advocate for a test-first, automation-heavy mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software or quality engineering.
• Experience building or extending automation frameworks.
• Track record of contributing to production code.
• Fluency with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong ability to analyze and break down product requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience validating data quality and integrity.
• Comfort testing and automating REST APIs.
