Overview

As a Program Delivery Manager at BriteCore, you will lead customer implementations of our innovative, cloud-based core platform tailored specifically for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurers, shaping transformative customer experiences.

In Short

• Lead large end-to-end implementations of BriteCore’s platform.
• Act as the primary liaison for our largest customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Create and manage detailed project plans.
• Enhance implementation processes for efficiencies.
• Provide updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Strategically allocate resources and forecast project needs.
• Facilitate outcome-driven meetings with clear documentation.

• Up to 20% domestic overnight travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects.
• 5+ years leading core systems transformations.
• 5+ years of experience in the P&C space.
• 2+ years of experience at a scaling startup.
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships.
• Ability to stay organized and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience managing high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with project management platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
