Requirements

• Experience in programme or project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage schools and community groups.
• Knowledge of STEM education and robotics.
• Experience with volunteer management.
• Proficient in data management and reporting.
• Ability to develop partnerships with organizations.
• Passion for working with young people.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
