Overview

Brightwheel is seeking a Customer Support Advocate to assist our community of directors, teachers, and parents, enhancing their experience with our platform while embodying our mission of providing high-quality early education.

In Short

  • Support a growing community of educators and parents.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Brightwheel platform.
  • Provide live support through chats, emails, and phone calls.
  • Use critical thinking to resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to assist with their inquiries.
  • Advocate for customers and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes.
  • Work in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service or early education experience.
  • Exceptional written and listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and improving the world.
  • Experience in schools or education is a plus.
  • Live support experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
