Overview

As a Technical Lead, E/W Order and Case Management, you will lead E2E system solutions for the Brightspeed telecom suite of applications, focusing on order fulfillment orchestration, inventory, provisioning, and billing domains.

In Short

  • Lead E2E system solutions for telecom applications.
  • Define the roadmap for migrating provisioning applications.
  • Ensure team follows processes to meet KPIs.
  • Work closely with senior management on long-term goals.
  • Guide assessment of system usage trends.
  • 12+ years of software engineering experience required.
  • Experience in Java microservices development.
  • Experience with major cloud providers.
  • Experience in Telecom provisioning and billing.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of team leadership in telecom.
  • 8+ years in Java microservices development.
  • 4+ years with Micro Services and domain-driven design.
  • 3+ years with GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Experience in Telecom products like Voice/VOIP.
  • Experience with BPM/Workflow tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
  • Provide industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Java and Cloud certifications are a plus.
