Overview

The Market Growth Specialist at Brightspeed is responsible for acquiring new contracts and driving product adoption within Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and Single-Family Home (SFH) communities, focusing on building relationships with property managers and homeowners’ associations.

• Lead efforts in acquiring new contracts in MDUs and SFH communities.
• Build relationships with property managers, developers, and HOAs.
• Negotiate agreements for fiber services.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase product adoption.

• Manage and grow relationships within contracted properties.
• Conduct field visits and community events.
• Work closely with customer service for onboarding support.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or real estate.
• Proven record of acquiring new business.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
