Brightspeed is looking for an IT Manager, Data Engineering to lead a team responsible for designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on BigQuery as the enterprise data warehouse.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in managing data platforms, preferably in cloud environments.
• 5+ years in Data Warehousing and Information Management.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and data warehousing technologies.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
• Proficiency in data modeling and schema design.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
