Engineering Manager, Data - Remote

Imprint is building a next-generation co-branded credit card company to serve America’s great brands. We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering function.

In Short

• Lead and grow a team of Data Engineers.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of core data infrastructure.
• Guide architectural decisions for scalable data pipelines.

• Own financial reporting pipelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake and dbt Cloud.
• Experience with CDC replication and data orchestration tools.
• Strong command of SQL and a software engineering background.
• Track record of leading teams through growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
