We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Head of Retail to lead our retail sales efforts and drive growth across key verticals, including convenience stores, grocery chains, and quick-service restaurants (QSRs). This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to influence and engage executive-level stakeholders.   • Lead the retail sales strategy and drive business development across the retail, convenience store, grocery, and QSR industries.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders at major retailers, CPG companies, and retail media networks.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that position our company as a trusted partner in retail media, digital signage, and shopper engagement.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that drive revenue growth and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage high-profile client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth through exceptional account management and service.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to drive innovation in retail advertising, in-store media, and digital signage solutions.
  • Lead and inspire a results-oriented sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries, with a strong focus on business development, account management, or sales.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with and influencing executive-level stakeholders at large retail brands and CPG companies.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships at the executive level within major retail brands.
