Brightwild is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Revenue to lead and optimize our revenue strategy across our portfolio of properties. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue growth through data-driven pricing strategies, performance marketing, and financial management.

In Short

  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize nightly rates and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyze historical data and forecast future demand to improve average daily rate (ADR).
  • Lead the revenue management process across Brightwild’s property portfolio.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Oversee P&L statements for each property to improve profitability.
  • Develop revenue forecasting models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
  • Provide property owners with transparent revenue performance reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in revenue management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with financial management and P&L oversight.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and campaign management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) establishment.
  • Knowledge of market trends and demand drivers.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting models.
