In Short

• Join the Recruiting team at Brex as a Recruiting Coordinator.
• Manage and elevate candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple timezones in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates.
• Identify process gaps and improve coordination functions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including recruiters and hiring managers.
• Must be willing to work in the São Paulo office at least 2 days a week.
• Remote work available for up to 4 weeks per year.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• This is a 1-year contract position.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Keen attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new technologies (ex: Greenhouse, CodeSignal, ModernLoop).
• English proficiency/fluency, both written and speaking.
• English resume required.
