In Short

• Lead the engineering team responsible for Brex’s GTM Engineering surfaces.
• Build and optimize the marketing website and GTM applications.
• Champion AI-native solutions within Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Guide the team through complex technical challenges.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering tasks.
• Own operational excellence and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Establish engineering best practices for GTM applications.
• Manage a hybrid team with a minimum of two days in the office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineers.
• Experience architecting growth surfaces or marketing systems.
• Strong technical fundamentals in frontend, data, and backend.
• Experience with GTM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional partnerships.
• Growth-hacking, AI-native mindset with GTM strategy experience.
