Manager Coding Integrity - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Coding Integrity will provide leadership and strategic guidance in managing and improving coding practices, with a particular focus on developing and maintaining coding policies, quality assurance, training programs, and client communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical coding.
• 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and coding software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
