Overview

The Customer Experience team is responsible for launching, supporting, and strengthening relationships with Boulevard’s customers. As the Manager of Enterprise Onboarding, you will lead a team of 5–7 Onboarding Specialists responsible for ensuring the seamless onboarding of our largest and most complex customers.

In Short

  • Manage and develop a team of 5–7 Enterprise OSs.
  • Design and refine onboarding frameworks for enterprise customers.
  • Differentiate onboarding workflows for SMB and enterprise customers.
  • Track and improve enterprise onboarding KPIs.
  • Act as a leadership presence for enterprise customers.
  • Serve as the voice of the enterprise customer across departments.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the team.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Experience in enterprise onboarding and customer success is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise onboarding or customer success.
  • 2+ years leading a team.
  • Experience with franchises or multi-location rollouts preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset.
  • Proven strategic communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
  • Change management experience is a plus.
  • Formal training in project management is a plus.
