Overview

Anrok is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Manager to guide enterprise clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless implementation of their platform for tax compliance.

In Short

• Partner with Tax and Solutions Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Lead customer education initiatives and become a product expert.
• Establish operational processes for efficient onboarding.
• Monitor customer health metrics and identify expansion opportunities.
• Design self-service strategies for customer navigation of the platform.
• Facilitate transitions to long-term account management.
• Drive continuous improvement of the onboarding process.

Requirements

• 4+ years in implementation, account management, or customer success.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in designing processes and influencing product decisions.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and passion for building businesses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
