Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Associate Director of Corporate Sales & Business Development to drive enterprise growth in the restaurant and franchise industry. This person will focus on selling our local marketing platform and services to corporate restaurant brands, helping them activate, scale, and manage marketing across hundreds or thousands of local franchise locations.

In Short

  • Prospect, secure, and grow partnerships with top national and regional restaurant brands.
  • Sell Local Hero’s local marketing platform and managed service solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to build scalable franchise marketing programs.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Partner with operations, analytics, and product teams.
  • Lead the enterprise onboarding and contracting process.
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success selling multi-location marketing solutions.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
