Overview

Join our Business Development team as Associate Director Business Development. This role supports the acquisition and growth of new business opportunities, focusing on Clinical Research and/or Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) services.

In Short

  • Attract new clients and build strong relationships in Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure proactive account management.
  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to commercial strategy.
  • Support sales strategy execution and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation and relationship development.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Develop account plans for assigned clients.
  • Coordinate RFP/RFI responses and lead bid defense meetings.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and continuity.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and result-driven with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Team-oriented but capable of working independently.
  • Flexible mindset aligned with company values and growth.
  • University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience in CRO or related life sciences sector.
  • Fluent in English and native language (both spoken and written).
  • Proficient with MS Office; CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) are an advantage.
