As a Start-up Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and oversight deliverables for clinical trials start-up activities in accordance with ICH GCP, EU CTR requirements CTIS (Part I and Part II), and local countries level regulatory requirements where your expertise will shape operational efficiency.

In Short

• Manage oversight of start-up activities within assigned projects.
• Oversee the preparation and submissions of clinical trial applications.
• Supervise sites documents collection for submissions and essential documents packages.
• Act as the primary point of contact to the Clients during start-up trials phase.
• Coordinate trial start-up activities in cooperation with other departments.
• Develop and maintain SSU strategy and timelines as per committed deliverables.
• Identify potential bottlenecks or study start-up processes.
• Suggest and implement mitigations strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within clinical trials.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and EU CTR requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in risk and time management.
• Experience in client management.
• Fluency in English.
