Head Start Project Manager - Remote

Overview

ISN Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Head Start Contract, ensuring program objectives and deliverables are met.

In Short

• Manage implementation projects in early childhood education or healthcare.
• Lead a team in executing complex projects.
• Track and manage all Regional Office activities and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain tracking tools for timely completion of deliverables.
• Document project work plans, meetings, and reports.
• Develop and implement Quality Improvement and Corrective Action Plans.
• Prepare timely status reports for the client.
• Ensure staff understand their duties and monitor productivity.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff.
• Maintain and update document management sites.

Requirements

• Minimum six years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in program and organizational management.
• Ability to manage complex, high-profile projects.
• Experience in quality assurance systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Masters in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Change management experience highly desirable.
