Overview

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant to lead and manage three critical aspects of our learning programs about AI, Data and Personal Productivity.

In Short

  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Run customer onboarding and strategic alignment sessions.
  • Manage expectations, feedback loops, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and delivery across stakeholders.
  • Lead the architecture of blended learning programs.
  • Translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.
  • Influence the design quality of enterprise programs.
  • Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Shape and collaborate on methodology evolution with customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success Management, preferably in L&D.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with enterprise clients.
  • Experience in a startup with 10-50 employees.
  • Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions.
  • Documentation mindset for seamless handovers.
