Overview

The Senior Consultant, Customer Success at People.ai is responsible for ensuring the successful activation, implementation, and early adoption of People.ai solutions, driving tangible business outcomes for customers.

• Define the initial customer experience post-sales.
• Lead discovery processes to understand customer needs.
• Deliver training and enablement programs to sales and marketing executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a SaaS software company preferred.
• Experience in Sales or Revenue Operations preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Salesforce and other SaaS platforms preferred.
• Experience delivering consultative engagements is a plus.
• Comfortable in high-velocity environments.
• Ability to manage across internal and customer organizations.
• Ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
• Experience navigating large organizations cross-functionally.
