• Perform post-sale technical implementation, including installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration.
• Conduct complex tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience with third parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers.
• Strong relationship-building skills, especially over the phone.
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
