  • Utilize Salesforce and PowerBI to analyze metrics and enhance adoption.
  • Stay informed on client topics and industry developments.
  • Participate in internal meetings for product enhancements and customer advocacy.
  • Collaborate with Sales for territory expansion and customer outreach.
  • Document expansion opportunities through the Client Services program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a relevant field (agency, public sector, software).
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of civic-management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and process improvement skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship-building.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and self-directed environment.
