Overview

We are seeking a (Senior) Instructional Designer creating learning programs about AI, Data and Personal Productivity.

In Short

• Structure learning content and assets in a scalable way.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and trainers.
• Collaborate with AI and Digital Transformation Experts.
• Convert customer needs into effective learning programs.
• Create E-Learning Content, Live Sessions, and Blended Learning Journeys.
• Create multi-media content and marketing materials.
• Influence the design quality of enterprise programs.
• Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcomes.
• Shape and evolve methodologies with customer collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or content creation.
• Located in Europe.
• Experience in customer-facing projects.
• Experience in designing blended learning concepts.
• Ownership mindset in a startup environment.
• Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions.
• Documentation mindset for remote work.
