Are you interested in L&D, Edtech, Consulting, technology, or especially artificial intelligence (AI)? At Bots & People, you will work with the newest AI tools and see how AI is changing the way large companies work. We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Senior Learning Consultants in exciting AI-driven projects.

In Short

• Work with Senior Learning Consultants on real projects with customers.
• Support project management tasks like setting up MS Teams calls and generating feedback reports.
• Assist in content creation using tools like Butter and Canva.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings with major companies.
• Learn from experts in AI, process automation, and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Studying for a master’s degree.
• Interest in L&D, training industry, consulting, technology, or AI.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and business transformation.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Organized and problem-solving skills.
