Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the implementation of a newly developed customer-facing training curriculum for a major biopharmaceutical client.

Requirements

• 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Experience in Inflammation, Immunology, Oncology, and Vaccines.
• Proven experience creating blended learning solutions.
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and project management skills.
• Experience with standard authoring tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales training is preferred.
