Overview

As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for growing market share with Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, HOAs, and Inspection Partners within a defined region, driving revenue growth by expanding relationships and identifying new client opportunities.

  • Plan and oversee new sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM for sales analytics and follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience in real estate or related field.
  • High energy and hunter sales mentality.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Desire for ownership and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Track record of high achievement in sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • General knowledge or interest in real estate.
  • CRM skills and knowledge of tools like Salesforce.
