As a Customer Care Specialist at Bosscat, you will be the face of our company, ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Professional communication skills for voice, email, and chat.
  • Active listening skills and ability to communicate solutions.
  • Energetic and positive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools preferred.
  • Residential real estate sales experience preferred.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Good energy and professionalism prioritized over experience.
